Fourth-place finish with Spring Nationals at Boyd's

In a field of 24 cars, Ford secured his spot into the $5,053-to-win A-Main with the quickest lap in time trials. After leading the first 11 circuits, Jensen slipped back to fourth when the checkered flag flew in the 40-lapper. He followed Mack McCarter, Payton Freeman, and Carson Ferguson to the checkers with Brandon Williams coming in fifth.

Back in action on Monday, Ford visited 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.) for the Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series-sanctioned Scott Sexton Memorial. With a third-place finish in his heat race placing him on the fourth row for the $10,052-to-win A-Main, Jensen dropped one spot in the 52-lap affair to finish eighth.
